COVID-19 UPDATE

Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers, so we have completely redesigned our production and fulfillment center to comply with state-recommended social distancing and personal protective equipment guidelines.

What does this mean for you?

Processing times may be delayed. Typically, processing times are 6-12 business days*, though currently those times vary due to COVID-19 related issues and government orders and the impact on our business. Processing times may also be extended during the holidays. We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we anticipate any issues fulfilling your order. You can cancel and get a full refund. We have updated our returns policy so that you can cancel any order that has not shipped at any time and get a full refund.

We offer Expedited Shipping for a flat rate of $15.99 or Standard Shipping for $6.99 per order. If your total order amount is over $50, shipping will be free.

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER ITEM? CAN I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER?

A pre-order item is one that you order before we have it in our inventory. You can cancel it until your order has been processed. To cancel, you can email us at support@Newitool.com.

I ORDERED AN AVAILABLE SET WITH A PRE-ORDER, WILL THEY BE SHIPPED SEPARATELY?

We will ship your order once all items are available. If you would like to receive your available item before the pre-order item, please email us at support@Newitool.com.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer 14-day hassle-free returns.

The item(s) must be in their original condition, with the return label and hygiene strip in place. The item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet the requirements listed above.
